The Rapture Talk Pisses Me Off

Matthew 24:22

And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

If we, the elect of Jesus Christ, are going to be raptured, why would Jesus need to shorten the days to save the elect? Wouldn't we all be in heaven anyways?

What a joke!

I can't believe the amount of Christians, separate ones no less, who constantly chat on about the rapture and how it will save them from having to suffer the tribulation. This mass rapture garbage pisses me off to no end. When the tribulation hits, and even the nasty times leading up there to, the ground will have never been so fertile. Masses and masses of people will be looking for answers and those who serve the spiritual Jesus Christ will have the answers the people are desperately searching for!

People will be so thirsty for truth for possibly the first time in their lives and we are going to be raptured away from this fertile ground? Hogwash! Jesus was never one to run from a fight and you can be damn sure He isn't going to allow us to run away either!

We are warriors of the Living God and His Christ, Jesus. We are going to stay here and fight the good fight until there are none of us left and we are going to turn this world upside down by exhibiting the power of Jesus Christ on the like of which the world has never experienced!

Yes, some people will be taken home at varying points in time but those scriptures that say two shall be in the field and one shall be taken do not point to a mass rapture. Some separate Christians will depart this world as they are only meant to suffer until a certain point in time and then depart this wicked world. However this 'release' is accomplished is up to Jesus Himself but it could be a chariot, dying in a tornado, hurricane, earthquake, bomb etc etc. There are literally hundreds of ways Jesus will use to bring home His children when the time is right. But many other Christians will be staying well into the tribulation years.

To believe the mass rapture doctrine is foolhardy at best. Jesus commands us to watch. A watchman doesn't just watch, no. He prepares for what he sees coming and so we need to prepare to be here during the tribulation period.

Angels will not reap the field, it will be us humans, made in the image of the Most High, who will do the reaping and it will be glorious, an experience none of us can possibly imagine!

So Christians, stop pussy-footing around and be the lion you are commanded to be. Weak Christians will perish at the hands of Satan but strong Christians will step up to Satan and say, "hit me with your best shot, fire away" and fear no recourse for the power of the living Christ dwells within them.

Choose this day which Christian you shall be: the one who believes he will be raptured or the one who stands strong in the armor of God, defiant to the god of this world until their chosen time comes.
